Private Event Inquiries
Looking to book a workshop for your group? Here’s what we need to know to put together a custom quote.
What to Include in Your Inquiry
To help us put together the perfect event for you, please include:
- Type of event — Birthday, bachelorette, corporate, bridal shower, etc.
- Number of guests — Minimum 8, we can accommodate up to 50+
- Preferred date(s) — We book 3–4 weeks in advance
- Location preference — Your venue, one of our partner locations, or flexible
- Workshop type — Painting, watercolour, floral, or open to suggestions
- Any special requests — Custom themes, colours, dietary needs, etc.
Private Event Pricing
Starting at $35/person (minimum 8 guests)
Every private event includes:
- All art supplies and materials
- Setup and cleanup
- Step-by-step instruction by Justine
- Custom theme selection
- Aprons for all guests
Venue rental and drinks are arranged separately, either through our partner locations or at your chosen venue. We’re happy to help coordinate!
Venue Partnership Inquiries
Own a café, brewery, wine bar, or event space? We’d love to host a Social House workshop at your venue.
How Venue Partnerships Work
We handle everything creative — supplies, setup, instruction, and cleanup. You provide the space and the drinks. It’s a win-win: we bring 15–30 customers to your venue on what might otherwise be a quiet night, and your guests discover a great local spot.
What we need from you:
- Space for 15–30 guests with table seating
- Drink service (bar, café, etc.)
- Access 30 minutes before and after the event
- Good vibes (you’ve already got those)

Quick Answers
Where do I buy tickets?
All public workshop tickets are sold through Eventbrite. Check our events page for links to upcoming workshops.
Can I get a refund?
Tickets are refundable up to 48 hours before the event. After that, we can transfer your ticket to a future workshop. If we cancel, you get a full refund automatically.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes! Gift cards are available in any amount and can be redeemed at any public workshop. Email us at hellosocial-houseca to purchase.
Do I need to bring anything?
Nope! We provide everything. Just wear something you don’t mind getting a little paint on (we provide aprons, but accidents happen).
Is parking available?
Parking varies by venue. We include parking details in the Eventbrite listing and in the reminder email we send the day before your workshop.
Can I bring kids?
Public workshops are generally 19+ (especially at brewery venues). We offer family-friendly private workshops on request — get in touch to arrange one!
